Closed for Christmas
I am now closed for Christmas and will start posting orders out again on January 3rd 2025.

Delivery
All orders will be ready to post within four working days, excluding weekends. As we approach the festive period, I will do my best to get orders out earlier.
All orders are posted with Royal Mail, the service varies depending on the product purchased. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although they rarely ever take that long.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact me at hayley@dottyaboutbraille.com with your order number and full delivery address.
International Customers
All orders are sent Standard unless stated otherwise. You do have the option to upgrade to Tracked at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note, your government may charge a fee for you to receive your items, this may be called customs fee, VAT, tax or something else, this is something I cannot control or advise on prior to ordering. Dotty About Braille is not liable for these charges and refunds will not be given on personalised orders due to these charges.
Returns
Personalised cards, letters and labels are not eligible for return, none personalised products can be returned, please contact me to arrange this, please include your full name, address and what you'd like to return. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
If you have any issue with any product, please contact me and I will be more than happy to help. Please keep hold of any packaging in case I need it and if possible, please take photos of the issue.
